Facebook, facebook, facebook….

       Facebook, facebook, facebook, everyone in the world always say about facebook. Facebook is famous social network at this time. It was introduced by Mark Zuckerberg in 2004.

   At this time, facebook is very important to use for communication. For example, if have old friends or new friends that live far away from us, we can use facebook to communicate and talk with them. Besides that, we can find new friends.

       Facebook has also brought about advancement in the social arena. Online chatting has also brought news perspective to the dating game_you are now able to get to know someone without actually going on a date, thus saving time and many.

       People are now able to keep in touch with their family members overseas. Besides, we can connect with our old friends that we are unconnect for a long time. We can also make new friends among hundred or thousand at faceboo.

       Facebook therefore has brought about many advantages. If we use wisely, there are huge benefits to be reaped. One thing is for sure, the facebook is here to stay..

 

Smoking is ‘fun’??

       Smoking is the one of bad habits. Some people say that smoking is fun because it can release their stress. Cigarettes contain more than four thousand chemical substances such as, nicotine and tar. Nicotine makes smoking people become addicted to cigarette such as Marlboro, Gudang Garam, Semporna and many more.

       Young people especially teenagers like to smoke because they think that smoking can make them look more mature. One of factors that teenagers influence to smoking is from movies, magazines, television, sports and posters. They think that the picture from that look cool, sexy, smart and the adult thing to do.

Besides that, teenagers feel that smoking can release their pressure eventhough it was wrong. Next, young people like teenager always want to do something new and smoking is something new for teenagers.

       Moreover, smoking can also cause many bad effects to the smoker. One of the physical effects of smoking is yellowish stain fingers and teeth. Next, to the smoker, there are many more effects to the physical such as facial wrinkles appear an early age. Besides that, bad effects to health are lung cancer, throat, mouth and many more. As I said just now, cigarettes contain nicotine and carbon monoxide, these chemical substances can cause increase heart rate.

       Smoking also pollutes air. If fresh air in our surrounding opened to smoke, it become dirty and pollute. Smoking not only damages the smoker but also damages the people around the smoker. Schools should do many programs about disadvantages of smoking.

       As a conclusion, smoking has many disadvantages to our health, surrounding, our physical and many more. It damages the health of smoker and the people around them. There are many thing that we can do than smoking. Smoking just burned money and damages the health.

           Nowadays, almost everyone in the world have had a contact with computers. In their part of them has been using computer,laptop and another thing known as internet.

           I think using internet has more advantages then disadvantages. First of all,internet provides access to a lot of information. Some of them are very useful in your job other helps in your hobby. Searching the net with Google, you can find everything you want. You can also do shopping using internet. Of course it has no sense to buying a roll, but if you need something inaccessible, you will be able to buy it in Internet shop. You need only to select what you want, fill in some forms and click ok. In a few days you will get what you want directly to your home, without going anywhere. 

           Next advantage of internet is email. Internet mails get in a few seconds in their destinations. It is very important when you want to send something for example to Australia. Of course you can send not only texts. You can email whatever you want, movies, photos, songs, computer programs etc. Costs are very important advantage of emails. Sending an email is much cheaper then phoning, or sending normal letters.

           Beside a lot of advantages, Internet has some disadvantages too. First of disadvantages is that people who spend too much time sitting in the front of computer can easily gets ill. Radiation emitted by computer’s screen is harmful to eyes. People who spend too much time at their homes (because they needn’t go anywhere, they can do everything using Internet) are getting weaker. Sitting a for long time is also harmful to the spine. 

           Second disadvantage is that Internet can by addictive. Some people just can’t live without it. They have no real friends and when Internet is down they are getting furious.

Internet has some opponents but more and more people treats Internet like telephone, or radio. They use it for fun and work, and I think at present living without internet would be quite difficult.

Assalamualaikum.. Today, i want to explain about the characteristics of main character in the shirt story of QWERTYUIOP. First of all, there is only one main character in the short story of QWERTYUIOP which is LUCY BECK..

LUCY BECK

She is a seventeen-year old girl

She lives with her mother and uncle

She wants a job badly and eventually she is offered as a secretary at Ross and Bannister's frim

Characteristics

She is a brave person. This can be seen when she was able to get rid of the spirit of Miss Broome. Her courage enables her to hold on her position as a secretary at Ross and Bannister's

She is a punctual. As evidence, she comes to the office on time. 

She is a humble. As evidence, she has low self -esteem and is always thinking that no one will employ her

She is a clever person as she manages to convince Miss Broome to  leave the office permanently

SYnopsis QWERTYUIOP

  

 I have learnt about the short story of QWERTYUIOP. Now, i want to tell all of you what this story is all about..

QWERTYUIOP is a story of 17 year old Lucy Beck, a shy girl who recently graduated from Belmont Secretarial College. Lucy Lives with her mother and her uncle in small house. She starts her day at Ross and Bannister's as the new secretary to Mr Ross and is met by Harry Darke on her first day. Lucy's efforts are sullied by mysterious written threats coming from the typewriter she is using. Miss Broome haunts the typewriter and scares new secretaries because she is still upset at how she was released from the firm. A compassionate Lucy convinces Miss Broome to move on and Lucy now focus on changing her life and also learns to be more compassionate with Uncle Bert after her experience.
